Terms and Conditions

1. General information

  1. The online store is operated by: SpeedSync Szymon Flis (“Seller”).

  3. These Terms define the rules for placing orders, payments, delivery, returns and complaints.

2. Placing orders

  1. Orders are placed via the website and paid through a payment provider (e.g., Stripe).
  2. Providing correct data required to fulfil the order is necessary. The Customer is responsible for accuracy.
  3. After placing an order, the Customer receives confirmation to the provided e-mail address.

3. Prices and payments

  1. Prices shown in the store are gross (final) prices, unless stated otherwise in the product description.
  2. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

4. Delivery

  1. Delivery is available within: PL.
  2. Delivery methods may include parcel lockers / pickup points or courier service.
  3. Important (without carrier API integration): if the store does not use automatic carrier integration, pickup point selection may be done manually based on the Customer’s information.
  4. Delivery costs and estimated times are presented during checkout.

5. Returns (withdrawal)

  1. The Customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days, unless legal exceptions apply.
  2. To withdraw, the Customer should send a statement to: sklep@speedsync.pl.
  3. Return details are described in the Returns Policy.

6. Complaints and warranty

  1. The Seller is liable for non-conformity under applicable law (consumer rights).
  2. Complaints can be submitted via e-mail: sklep@speedsync.pl.

7. Personal data

  1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8. Final provisions

  1. These Terms are effective from the date above.
  2. The Seller may change the Terms if required by law or changes in store operations.
