Returns Policy (Withdrawal from the contract)

1. Return period

If the Buyer is a consumer, they may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the day they receive the goods.

2. How to submit a withdrawal statement

1. Send a withdrawal statement to: sklep@speedsync.pl.
2. Use the subject: Return – order [number].
3. Include: full name, order number, purchase date, and refund details.

3. Returning the goods

1. Return the goods within 14 days from the day you submit the withdrawal statement.
2. Return address: Kiełczów ul. Lawendowa 5/13.
3. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Buyer (unless you agree otherwise).
4. The goods should be properly secured for transport.

4. Refund

• The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal statement.
• We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of sending them.
• We refund using the same payment method, unless we agree on a different one.

5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

In some cases, the right of withdrawal may not apply (e.g., custom-made products, sealed media after opening, digital content once performance has started).
