Warranty & Complaints

1. Complaint – seller’s liability

If the goods are defective or not in conformity with the contract, you may be entitled to remedies provided by applicable law.

  • You can submit a complaint by e-mail to: sklep@speedsync.pl.
  • Describe the issue and attach photos/video (if helpful).
  • Provide your order number and contact details.

2. Warranty

In addition to statutory rights, the goods may be covered by a commercial warranty provided by the Seller. The warranty period is counted from the date the goods are delivered to the Customer.

  • SpeedSync LED Controller – 24 months warranty.
  • LED strip included in the set – 12 months warranty.

The warranty is voluntary and does not exclude or limit your statutory rights regarding non-conformity of goods with the contract.

3. Procedure

  1. Contact us at: sklep@speedsync.pl.
  2. You will receive the next steps (e.g., shipping address, case number).
  3. Returns/complaints shipping address: Kiełczów ul. Lawendowa 5/13.

4. Costs

If the complaint is accepted, the Seller covers the shipping costs related to the complaint. Otherwise, the costs may be borne by the Customer (depending on the circumstances).
